工作內容 :

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in project management, monitoring maintenance progress in different buildings, tender & quotation, etc.;
Perform administrative work;

Job Requirement:

- Diploma in any discipline of Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
Good PC skill in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese word processing;
- Initiative, enthusiastic and able to work independently;
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese;

Candidates with less experience and academic qualification will be considered for the position of Technical Assistant.
