工作內容 :

Responsibilities:
-Be responsible for management of mortgage Loan department and lead the team to meet monthly target
-Provide on-the-job training to staff on regular basis
-Evaluate risk and implement marketing strategies in relation to company
-Prepare business and risk reports for monthly management meeting
-Assist in reviewing and improving the existing system and operation

所需學歷 : Requirements: -Form 5 or above -At least 3 years experience of mortgage loan and management position -Be familiar with loan application process and approval of loan applications -Work independently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
