• Handle live calls, customer enquiries and complaints
• Assist in making appointment for customers
• Responsible for Customer Relations Management
• Provide professional customer service and accurate information to customers
• Data processing
Job Requirements :
• Diploma or above in any discipline, Insurance Studies and Qualification of IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3 will be an advantage
• 1-2 years of Call Centre experience
• Confident, enthusiastic, results and customer oriented
• Good PC skills
• Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, conversational English and Mandarin are essential
• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred
