Responsible for all rounded human resources functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HR system and performance management
Provide professional support in administrative operations
Provide practical advice to the Management and implement effective HR strategies
Monitor and review HR policies, processes and systems in order to comply with statutory requirements
Analyze and recommend effective and efficient human resources processes
Able to lead and drive HR projects
Requirements
Degree holder in human resources management or relevant discipline
Previous experience in FMCG industry is preferred
In-depth knowledge of HR strategic planning and Employment Ordinance
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Immediately available is preferable
